It is called "separation of powers" dude. Might want to read up on it a bit. The Secretary of State followed the law as written by the legislature. So the Supreme Court of Floriduh would not only be usurping the power of the Executive Branch, but also the Legislative Branch. They may well do it, but they do so at great risk, for then the Secretary of State could simply refuse to certify the results. This would bring the legislature into the fray, and it is controlled by republicans.
