Funny you should mention that line, as it's been a subject of concern , causing me to leave the market altogether until I get a clearer handle on how our slowing economy will impact the global markets and they in turn affect tech. May I ask why you take exception to it? It seems reasonable to me, but I have to admit I don't know much about how this works. Here's the statement:

Should technology spending slow markedly, we would be very concerned that productivity could be sustained at a level necessary to maintain profit margins.
