pcstel, Wait here. Without 3G buildout, 2G CDMA networks will actually worths more because of its efficiency vs. GSM/GPRS (if it does not burn down one's ear). QCOM do not need WCDMA (new spectrum). Just plain old 2G CDMA to replace the original analog spectrum to reach 1x. What a coup. Best.
