If she made a determination that didn't square completely with Florida law I would agree with you. However, she has been very careful to stay in complete compliance with the law. Therefore, there is no reason to recuse herself. She hasn't made any decision that could be construed as partisan. Just a dedication to fulfill her oath of office.
