comms long over 40k contracts net. that alone translates into a 30-bucks short covering rally for gold. I don't get your reasoning here. I think they could cover and it still could go down, or they could cover and it could go up $200. It all depends on when they decide to cover and IF there are people willing to sell at a given price. IMO, the potential price spike during covering will be determined by news and market conditions.
