"Indecision 2000 Mayhem" I heard it referred to as "Electile Dysfunction" on NPR today. <g> I'll have to read that a few times, Taz, before I can respond. Your point is well taken as to the heterogeneity (not to mention some real loathing between various nations) of the "European Union". I'm just not as positive about the strength of the US' currency and I can't put my finger on why I feel that way. I'll do some more reading.
