It is, almost unquestionable. I'm watching O'Rielly, I can't believe he doesn't quite get it yet.

I believe now those Military ballots came in in similar numbers as past elections at this end of the grace period. Part of that grace, as IS written into law, I now have confirmed, is that the postmarks don't need to be there so long as it's dated. I further gather that some significant percentage of the kicked out military ballots will never be rightly accepted(about half I think was implied) because of other legitimate reasons like lack of having actually applied for one, etc. Common stuff all.

O'Reilly, right, the vast majority of Americans believe in statewide hand-counts here. Early on, Bush didn't so much miss the chance to grab some counties, rather Gore failed to request something fair within 72hrs, and everyone knows it.

When the guest says Gore offered all counties, and Bush refused, you say Gore would do the same thing. He says "But Gore offered"...You should say "But Gore tried to do it unfairly, and he STILL seems to think it's a just outcome, counting HIS counties only. GORE had 72hrs to see the obviously fair way, which most all Americans recognize is fair"

Gore broke again,
