U.S. Customs, a governmental organization, as well as the U.S. Postal Service, a union-dominated, quasi-governmental organization both had to handle these incoming ballots. As for the handling of the mail before it reached our shores, Lord knows what kind of handling they had. I'm a little suspicious of the hundreds that had no postmark. At any rate, the news reported on the "surprisingly" few ballots returned. I am not surprised. Regards, Greg
