Hard to say. I'd be willing to bet that there's no way in hell Bush loads up the court with enough judges to outlaw abortion. Not if he wants any chance to be re-elected. There's far too many Republicans who don't agree with abortion that understand just because you make something illegal doesn't mean people won't do it. Who knows, maybe they are dumb enough to find this out the hard way? I doubt it though, I think the judges will be more towards the middle which is the way both parties are moving anyway. To the die hards, Bush will spin it that there's more at stake than just abortion.
