It may seem that way, it is certainly being spun that way by the republicans, but in fact the ballots are acting just the way they were designed. It is only the hanging chad that is falling out. The unpunched chad can only be removed with a stylus and a chad-hole form.

But don't you agree that incorporating people's subjectivity into something like ballot interpretation only adds to confuse the supposed sanctity of "one vote, no one else's business. Machines don't have goals when they count. They are completely objective.
