GA PEACH,

Finally got the recipe for the DRY RUB from my daughter.

MINT & ROSEMARY mixture = 60% mint 40% rosemary
3:2 ration of salt to the MINT&ROSEMARY mixture
pepper

She told me to blast the chicken at 500 degrees first for 15 min on both sides(back side up first). Then bring the temperature down to 300.
