Ted, The process has been determined and implemented by the responsible people, including both Democrats and Republicans, for the effected counties. The process is under intense scrutiny. I am confident that it will be done honestly. Not true again. Each county determines their own rules. Sos wanted to set uniform standard for hand counts but the Democrats on the supreme courts overruled her, further diminishing the credibility of the process. In the counties in question, Republicans have no say. The rules are set by Democrat dominated commissions. In Palm Beach County alone, they are supposedly up to 4th different standard. Apparently the first 3 were not bringing enough Gore votes. Joe
