POW as a long time observer of NPCT Go to www.ceocast.com and listen to the recent interview with CEO Paul Metzinger of Nanopierce Technologies (NPCT) Also go to www.nanopierce.com and read all the recent news as the company filed an S-3 on Friday to fund the various projects talked about in the interview. 150 million dollars of equity to fund a small OTC company is not very common. It appears now that they have announced the appointments of two directors they now only need a 4 dollar stock price for 30 consectutive days so they can apply for small cap NASDAQ. Also lots of go info at www.investortoinvestor.com. I see a very bright future for Nanopierce Technologies and look for them to play a big part in the transition of electrical components into nanotechnology in this new millenium.
