You have used data cards and still you try to make a case for the lack of accuracy of of the counting machines. The counting machines even read the frayed cards correctly. But the breakdown of the cards would eventually dirty the machine sensor so it was cost effective to duplicate. But you could use a frayed deck to create an accurate duplicate and keep on going. error rate in the quadrillions.

Another data point that indicate to me that you have no understanding of physical laws.

How many times could you use a deck and still dupe it?
