Elroy Wit does have the Soundview Institutions and probably others now too! I really doubt that Wit gives all or even alot of their shares to Etrade on the really good deals. Bear Stearns has an over 5 billion market cap but then they are more profitable So much for Andrew Klein's, Wits founders, original vision of a new way of trading and IPO's for the little guy. Maybe he should start a new brokerage firm and not give up so much control this time. Brian
