Ellen...the absentee votes they are talking about are specifically military...because the so-called requirements for these ballots are different...sorry...but these are the ones the Dems particularly wanted thrown out because they normally heavily favor the Republican Party...hence the Republicans certainly don't want them invalidated.

The stateside ballots were all counted equally on the night of the election...then in some areas they were recounted if there was a problem...again everything being equal. What is not equal is that there were ballots thrown out in all states...but in Florida...a state the Dems needed to carry...they were ready ahead of time to go into heavily Democratic counties to mine votes...no other way to put it. There were other states...other counties...where there were even larger anomalies...but you don't hear the Democrats worrying about whether those people were disenfranchised or not...what about the rights of those people to have their votes counted? Well...the plain fact is that the Democrats could care less...they don't NEED those votes...so this baloney about every vote counting really means...only if it helps Al Gore win...nothing more nothing less.

This is why they don't care about military votes...disgusting...because they won't help Al Gore Win!
