We agree to disagree here. There is no difference, but the Bush attempt at action may have more merit than Gore's. Why? Bush does not know for sure what those votes will reflect for him. Of course he has a good idea, but it is very clearly the will of those peoples votes that will be reflected. Gore's objective may or may not reflect the actual will of the people as it is selective. Big difference. Got to call it a night. Have a good one. TH
