Guys, Here are my thoughts. If there is a takeover there has to be a tender. That tender takes some time to complete. If we are as close to the target on BKP3 as we think - we would get to the target before the tender could close. Now - if BKP3 is bust - then the tender woould stand on its own merits. If it shows great - well then - BKP share holders would have to decide what a fair price would be. All I ask is that we get a look at BKP3 first. Bob
