Probably not, but to be honest, I am not sure. If the demand was there (ie the orders from the end customers) and the component supply could be assured (or more accurately, the components used to make the components) I would think there would be some way of finding that money. (Even in the current difficult environment of finding general corporate finance funds, funds earmarked for ramping production for specific large customer orders may be easier to find...but that is a total wild guess on my part...)
