Bernard, I tend to agree with you on ARTT equity holders most likely desiring cash. I understand the WCII withdrawal from Great Britain; however, if they price the spectrum (USA) holdings of ARTT and can obtain influence or strategic alliance with ARTT it seems very beneficial. I think you are correct in the time frame and survival of the company depending on the economy and interest rate cuts. Thanks for the input. Any ideas on web sites or quotes regarding bonds of CLEC's? Gary
