Can you get to the BIOS by hitting the delete key when you first power up? Try powering up and hitting the del key several times even if you don't see the prompt to do so and see if it takes you to the bios.

Do you hear any beeps when you try to power up?

Do you have the mobo manual? See if there is a way to reset the CMOS. Sometimes you have to remove the battery...sometimes you have to reposition a jumper for 60 seconds or so.
