Seriously, since you are making these predictions, don't you think it would be a good idea if you knew a little about the foundations of your argument. Are you a legal expert or not? A person with such a snide, self righteous attitude should know, at least, a little about the arguments they make. So, how frequently will a court grant relief that neither party has sought?
