Scum are people who know it's a lie and revel in the thought of getting away with. The definition of the word stupid is. Slow to learn or understand I've dealt with the analysis of complex technical systems. In my dealings I worked with many who just did not get it. They were stupid in this area. They had the factual information but could not put the relationships together and understand how it really works. How America works is a very complex system. My analysis of the facts defines for me, leads me to infer the rules that govern how things happen or interact. Generally speaking most democrat policies are stupid and do not help and net overall make things worst. Individuals who propose stupid policies in good faith are stupid. Slow to learn or understand. But many it seems propose stupid policies as a means to get votes and power and they are scum. Is there also some Republican scum? Yes but scum is far more prevalent in the Party lead by an impeached rapist. Tom Watson tosiwmee
