Definitely no crash next week. If anything quite the opposite although a tight range is quite likely. Bush lead looks insurmountable as Gore is gaining very few votes on the recount. Election worries are old news anyway. Market is getting bored with it. With whoever wins, we get gridlock which is all the market cares about, when all is said and done.

Historically, I believe, the day after Thanksgiving is a pretty good one, albeit on low volume. The market has 10% downside and 35% upside by mid-Jan. in the NASDAQ.

The only worrisome time is early - mid Dec. with earnings warnings, but hopefully analysts expectations have been reduced for this quarter. I think they have.
