"Microsoft Corp. will rent its software to consumers on a per-use basis for the first time next month through the easyEverything chain of budget Internet cafes...Customers of the mammoth 800-computer-terminal easyEverything cafe that will open in New York City's Times Square on Nov. 28..."

Thread- Just happened to run across this reference to the Walmart of European Internet cafes, 'EasyEverything' establishing a presence in the USA. Maybe my estimate of 300 seats in the European cafes was wrong. Amsterdam and Munich cafes may have been even larger than my upstream estimates.

Maybe Frank can poke his head in once in awhile and see how popular this cafe in NYC will be. IMO, it won't be nearly as crowded as the ones in Europe. To many homes are wired in the US as compared to Europe. -MikeM(From Florida)
