Don't think all of the Christian Right voted against Bush. Otherwise, our state of Virginia would not have carried for Bush as it did.

Nor, would Tennessee which is in the heart of the Bible Belt have gone for Bush.

If it is the Christian Right which has caused the possible loss of this Presidency, then perhaps the Republican Party will begin to listen and include them rather than excluding them----I for one believe that many are included.

Re. George Bush----imo he did not lose because of any group. It was clear from the beginning that he was not an enthusiastic campaigner----and given his "read my lips promise---no new taxes" in his previous election people went with Clinton believing erroneously that he would keep his promises.

Of course , what has happened since Clinton was elected is history. If Bush wins it will be due to Clinton and his lack of character in office.
