Barron's insinuates that the FBI is investigating Polymedica for Medicare fraud and takes shots at their accounting for advertising. Lee states flatly that there is no investigation of Polymedica, that they have passed Medicare audits with flying colors and that they are accounting for advertising that way because Price Waterhouse told them to. Barron's is getting a reputation for shoddy work and this will probably prove to be another example. I'll wait to see if it turns into another buying opportunity as I am currently on the sidelines.
