Raymond, you're an incurable optimist I fear. <s> Or perhaps I'm an incurable pessimist. True, the people of Iraq suffer because of Hussein and it's because Hussein wants them to suffer; it's to his political advantage for them to suffer. I don't believe that bypassing the sanctions will benefit the Iraqi people one iota.

Edit: Thanks for the CNN time spot. I love listening to oral arguments to the Court. Great mind entertainment.
