TH...that was great and sounds sooo yummy!!!

I remember going to a "crepe bar" in Atlanta in the late 70's. What a treat and of course the dessert crepes were the best part of the meal! I'll have to ask Rudi if she remembers the name of the place. I don't think they are still around.

Thanks so much and we'll look forward to the Del Frisco blackened and seared filet recipe!

By the way, I'm from the Deep South and streak o'lean is what I grew up on....my Mom would not think of cooking fresh vegetables without it!! I still use it occasionally just to get that old time taste! In fact, as we speak, I am cooking fresh Pole Beans with a small piece of it!! I tend to cook more with honey and liquid smoke these days!
