from the grate - Ahh Joel, a positive voice from the past - Great to hear from you and thanks for the lift. You know, life is quite revealing even in it's levels of misery. My old Real Estate company is just a memory as you can see but even from my grate, the refrain, location, location, location is everything. I was very fortunate to pick up a grate on Whitehall st. looking at the big screen on the CNN center so I am able to somewhat keep up. Am I wrong in thinking that I just saw our beloved Vice President jogging down the road with a Hippo? Take care and tell everyone to stay away from RMBS - Vster sheltering himself from the combination of a pothole and the wheel of a UPS truck.
