Hi jttmab,

Raymond, you're an incurable optimist I fear. <s>
A real Pollyanna in wolf's clothing.

Sly, wasn't it? Two bulls chatting.......... <bg>

Thanks for the link from your profile page, I was sure I'd see that you lived in England, or at least Reykjavik, in view of your announced departure for dreamland. Alas, I'll just have to howl at my own moon this evening.

Re: True, the people of Iraq suffer because of Hussein and it's because Hussein wants them to suffer;
You misunderstand the situation. The Shias and the Kurds suffer because of the dominance of the Sunnis. The three were tossed in a bastard country like Iraq, which was created in the Grand Alliance meetings that occured simultaneously with the Versailles peace treaty negotiations. And the reason it was created was to maintain a wedge between the Syrians and the Persians, either of whom have the potential to become the regional superpower and thwart the West's interests in the region. We support the Hussein regime because the alternatives are all worse.

Sweet Dreams, Ray
