Any idea how to email or contact the SEC? I think it might be the only way to get any information about this company.

Sounds like the SEC has been cutting Wincom and us (as investors) some slack on the filings, but that can't go on forever. At this point, Raoull is almost 10 weeks late on the 10K, and continuing his performance with the 10Q. The SEC has got to be getting anxious, as much as we are getting pissed-off at the lack of information and the way Raoull runs HIS PRIVATE LITTLE COMPANY!

Raoull, there is no reason to be treating your shareholders this poorly. The end will not justify the means, even if the stock runs up, since no one will trust you again. I sure hope you don't respond with an minute message that we are all upbeat and that negotiations continue. Let's try and close the deal and move on to the next one!
