I agree with you that Democrats are trying to steal election from Bush. But, our system of justice/injustice is based on human judgement. So I don't see a basis there for US Supreme Court involvement. Poor judgement is not a Federal offense. " this not fair to Mr. Bush.. " All's fair in love and war. RWS
