ron, Florida law also provides for a hand recount and if the GOP had not stalled the process it might have been completed by the intitial arbitrary deadline set by the partisan Sec of State. But, she makes it up as she goes and its quite clear that what she makes up is always, strangely, in the favor of GW Bush. If the Florida S.Ct. decides that she did act in an arbitrary fashion it will be a slap in the face to her and to Dubya. It will also open the door to extensive investigations into the independence whe actually exercised which could be the beginning of impeachment for both President Bush and his brother Jeb. Don't think it couldn't happen.
