You say that this one is illegal.....How so? Both sides have abided by the law to my knowledge

Until the court rules they are valid, they are illegal. The law is clear that they are beyond the deadline, and therefore have no legal validity. This may change. It depends on the Supreme court, six of whom are democrats, and all (naturally)...IMPARTIAL! WHAT LUCK!!!

You suggest that there is a bias by the counters that will spill over into the results......What evidence do you have to support this....Are you aware that there are Republicans and Democrats present with each counter that may challenge any conclusion. That the whole procedure is video taped?

Precisely, that is my evidence.

But a citizen has the right to a valid vote that is counted. Hand counted votes have always been considered more accurate......All of a sudden it's in question.........Himmm....

What is in question is the fact that only a tiny minority of citizens are being given the right to several proddings to see if their vote will confess. You are an intelligent person. Tell me you are puzzled by all of this, and cannot follow what I am saying?

Gore has said this time and again. It has been done in the past .Why should this time be different?

Because it is; And because The Man who Would Be King ISN'T. It doesn't matter what Gore says.

You cannot imagine how this is making America the laughing stock of the world

It is my own conjecture. Much of the media shows it may be correct. I don't really want to argue over how broad the world is, or how much is required to make my conjecture absolutely true. You have just mentioned that you "keep hearing this" (that it is)..."despicable and contemptible". So if you are not yet convinced it is the whole world...we can at least agree that you "keep hearing" it. So do I.

This is a blow to the U.S. image that will affect foreign affairs for years to come

Respect is a huge and exceedingly important component of diplomacy. What you "keep hearing" from your fellow citizens that have a pro American bias, well...you can look up foreign media quotes as well as I.
