Ellen...you haven't been reading. Gore had trained teams all over the US ready and waiting. These people have admitted to this...and he had 50...FIFTY lawyers in Florida the day after the election. You yourself talked about how prepared he was. This team of recount experts trained the front runners down there on how to get Bush votes thrown out and how to get non-votes in the basket for Gore. Come on...surely after all you have seen and heard you can't doubt this. You keep repeating the same things over and over...Bush signed a law, etc. etc. etc. I understand you are partisan...but where is your sense of what is fair and ethical here. Yes...Bush did not ask for recounts in the other counties...because not only is the system in Florida flawed...but also because the Republicans just don't have the type of people who "could get the job done".
