What is a "writ"? I know it has something to do with the potential for the Courts to do a "writ" against an Officer of the State that is doing something illegal." I think I read somewhere that she could be removed from her position by the courts, and also that it was a very remote possibility.

Hi John, I doubt a "writ" does that (so I agree with you).

It seemed to imply that the courts can do something that meant, where she was misusing her power (i.e. only in the dimension she was violating FL Statutes), would a "writ" be used to prevent her from doing so. Regards, Amy J
