I think the last pullback to the 15s was an oddity. A gut feel tells me this stock will see the high 20s, low 30s shortly. I base this partly on activity in DELL, GATE, and CPQ. When Win95 came out, I bought APCC since people were upgrading PCs, and Win95 was less forgiving of power interruptions. Now I think UPSs are considered more of a commodity, kinda like the powerstrip of the 90s. In the server market, APC is pretty much a standard.
