No Ellen, as a matter of fact during the Reagan Administration the data shows that the gap between the rich and poor widened considerably and the percentage of poor grew greater. During this Administration the gap was narrowed and percentage of poor has shrunk. Most people here don't care about the poor only about getting their taxes reduced and building up the defense department to fight the invisible enemy.
