Somalia: Foreign oil firm officials arrive in Somaliland Text of report by the Somaliland newspaper `Mandeeq' on 13th November Members of a foreign energy company, Anglo-Arabian Oil and Gas-South Africa and Middle East [as published], arrived in Berbera port town yesterday. Reports say the main shareholders of the company are British and Arab nationalities, and the engineers are Chinese. Seven officials in the delegation are touring Berbera town and they are accompanied by the Somaliland assistant minister for minerals and water, Mr Yusuf Isa Du'ale.
