• The Florida Supreme Court Sunday rejected a motion from Harris that the 120
minutes scheduled for oral arguments Monday be divided three ways so that she
could present her own arguments. Harris also filed a brief with the high court
Sunday saying she acted correctly in denying the validity of hand recounts.
