From listing to the talking heads on Sunday morning TV and reading the comments here, I had gotten the impression that the Dems has sent out a memo to their troops with instructions on how to target military votes for disqualification. Perhaps that's because Drudge's headline characterizes it that way. But if you read it, it's simply a delineation of all the rules regarding absentee ballots and a protest form for those that don't meet the criteria. It could have come from either party. The spin machine was really working overtime on this one. Thanks for clearing things up. Karen
