S Hi Tahoetech - one in the same...Thanks for the kind words. I WISH I ran into what you described - I really don't deal that directly with the SP's (Verizon,etc) although I always drop in to see what's going on when I am in the vicinity of an outlet. I do retain many friendships with members of their salesforce based around the southeast/east coast...Unfortunately - most of what they have learned about Globalstar has come from me... Certainly not patting myself on the back for this - just illustrating the point that they're not hearing anything from anyone else. You may be right, of course, because there doesn't seem to be a "trickle down theory" of knowledge in practice from the powers that be at Verizon...
