I think fully diluted SDLI will add about 24.7 billion to JDSU's market cap, with JDSU at $70. JDSU showing 67.4BB market cap, so combined about 92 billion. However, people use different figures for market cap. The 24.7 for SDLI is probably the diluted full count, whereas the 67.4 for JDSU is probably undiluted. So you might see different figures, ranging from 80 to 105 billion. Wait till Yahoo posts the new cap to see what the authoritative consensus is <g>.
