A sales tax vs income tax is an interesting issue. Some say the sales tax does much to collect from otherwise unreported income. Are food and clothing taxed there? The drawback would be that families struggling to make ends meet shouldn't be heavily taxed to feed and clothe their children. Is there some type of tax relief for the poor in Washington? Off Topic: Have you ever heard of a man named Leon Nibarger? He supposedly was jailed in Washington 25 years ago for Securities Fraud or something similar. He is in Texas now. Thanks TG
