just heard on cnbc, Time Warner has made a definitive agreement with Earth Link and the aol/twx might get regulators approval to close the deal by end of year or early part of January 2001. This is the first time we have a report closing the deal beyond end of of fall or dec 21, 00 as asserted by AOL/TWX since the announcement of the deal on Jan 10, 2000.
