Robert, I've been hearing that rumor for awhile about a bank or money center going down. Never know that kind of thing until its too late. But don't need any gossip column, take a look at the retail index: stockcharts.com[L,A]WACLYYMY[PB50!B200][VC60][IUB14!LA12,26,9] Now that is a perfect H&S, it has broken down and is headed, if it doesn't get up from the 200 DMA (chart DMA's are not correct on this one) where it is now its headed for 500 or lower from Fridays close of 794.
