t2, Gustafson on CNBC said as much this morning. He used the word "criminal" in describing how the brokerage houses were calling for new highs in march and now downgrading stocks at 1/2-1/10 of their former levels. He said tha twhen there appears to be unanimous downgrades from these people (and he mentioned Blodgett, Meeks...), it is time to buy. We shall see. ORCL and EXTR are at attractive levels in the premarket, imo. I am not buying just yet. I need to see where they take this thing in the short term. If we hit the 2800's again I am in. tp
