This chart shows the situation for 'distillate fuel oil', which is the same as heating oil and diesel. << I keep not understanding this point. If there is a shortage of refinery capacity, what is the point of paying a high price for crude oil that can neither be shipped (due to tanker shortage) nor refined (due to refinery shortage) ?
