( found it posted on SI ) 08:12 ET Networking Sector Downgrade : Along with lowering JNPR and RBAK to OUTPERFORM, Morgan Stanley reducing its sector rating to NEUTRAL. Firm also lowers price targets on several names: CSCO target goes to $75 (from $90); EXTR to $105 (from $135); RBAK to $115 (from $150); JNPR to $200 (from $275).
